Recurso de súplica.
La demanda fue rechazada porque el actor, si bien presentó un escrito de subsanación, no corrigió lo relativo a la falta de suficiencia, certeza, pertinencia y especificidad de la argumentación, lo cual imposibilita efectuar un verdadero juicio de constitucionalidad.
La Sala Plena de la Corporación advirtió que el recurso no está llamado a prosperar, en tanto y por cuanto no logra controvertir con éxito los argumentos dados por la magistrada sustanciadora en el auto cuestionado.
Se CONFIRMA en su integridad la providencia recurrida.

- Primero. CONFIRMAR en su integridad el Auto del 30 de octubre de 2020, proferido por la Magistrada Sustanciadora Diana Fajardo Rivera, mediante el cual se rechazo la demanda de inconstitucionalidad radicada bajo el numero D-13935.
- Segundo. A traves de la Secretaria General de la Corte, comuniquese el contenido de la decision al demandante, indicandole que contra ella no procede recurso alguno.
